GETTING HERE

The B&B is accessible by plane, train and automobile! The closest airport is MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma, where rental cars are also available. The Long Island Railroad (LIRR) train stops that are closest to the B&B include Patchogue (15 minutes away), Bellport* (5 minutes away) and Ronkonkoma (20 minutes away). Taxis are available at Patchogue and Ronkonkoma stations. At the Bellport station, taxis must be booked in advance.  Uber and Lyft are also options, though we recommend booking those in advance.

Taxis are usually waiting at the Patchogue and Ronkonkoma stations, especially during the warm months. In case you do not use Uber or Lyft, you can also contact Lindy’s Taxi to book a car (631-395-1111). Don’t be surprised if you're asked to share a taxi with others, they often pool passengers who are going in the same direction.

* While it might seem easiest to take the LIRR straight to Bellport, you should be aware that trains that stop at the Bellport station are infrequent. We recommend taking the train to Patchogue or Ronkonkoma instead. If you wish to come to the Bellport station, please be aware that trains that stop in Bellport are often those that also stop in the Hamptons, and are therefore incredibly crowded, especially in the summertime. Furthermore, please be aware that the platform at that station is short and only a few train car doors will open to let passengers off. Take care to listen to instructions from the conductor to ensure you can get off the train at Bellport station.
