Mama Farm Participant Agreement In short: Our programs take place on a working farm. Please take care of yourself, follow staff guidance, and know that wellness programs are not therapy or medical care.

By registering myself, or a child in my care, for any Mama Farm program, I agree that:

1. Farm activities carry risk. Programs may involve uneven ground, weather, gentle movement, contact with animals, and the use of hand tools and power tools. I take part voluntarily and accept these risks.

2. I'm responsible for my wellbeing. I'll take breaks, adapt activities, or stop at any time as I need to.

3. Release. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release Mama Farm LLC, South Country Farms, their owners, staff, instructors and guest teachers, including Elettra Wiedemann, from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence.

4. Farm rules. I'll follow staff instructions, stay in designated areas, only interact with animals when supervised, and only use tools, including power tools, as instructed and supervised by staff.

5. Wellness and meditation programs. Instructors, including Elettra Wiedemann, are not licensed mental health or medical providers unless stated. These programs are not therapy, counseling or a substitute for medical or mental health care.

6. Photos. Mama Farm may photograph programs for promotion. I'll tell staff if I'd rather not be photographed.

7. Refunds. Refund and transfer terms are listed on each program's page.

8. Children. If I register a child under 18, I confirm I am their parent or legal guardian, that I agree to these terms on their behalf, and that I have explained the farm rules to them. Each program's page states whether children must be accompanied by an adult. Where they must, I or another responsible adult will supervise them at all times.
